Volunteerly is a student-focused platform designed to make volunteer-hour tracking and experience management easier, clearer, and more organized.
Why Volunteerly exists
Tracking volunteer hours is usually more work than it should be. Students end up spread across paper forms signed by supervisors, notes on their phone, half-finished spreadsheets, and apps that were not built for them. Details get lost. Supervisor names are forgotten. A record that seemed safe in September is hard to rebuild in February.
Volunteerly exists to give students one organized place for those records, so the information is already there when a school form, scholarship application, or deadline arrives.
Meet the founder

Computer Science student, University of Toronto Mississauga
My name is Yusuf Siddiqui, and I am a student heading into Computer Science at the University of Toronto Mississauga. I created Volunteerly after experiencing firsthand how frustrating it could be to keep track of volunteer hours throughout high school.
Many of the tools I tried were difficult to use, charged for important features, or were not designed around the needs of individual students. Some were built for organizations managing volunteers rather than for a student managing their own record. I wanted to create something simpler.
How the project started
Volunteerly began as a side project that I built to strengthen my own programming and product-development skills. As I continued improving it, I realized that the same platform could help other students avoid the problems I had experienced.
What began as a learning project gradually became a real product focused on helping students stay organized and prepared.
The mission
Volunteerly's mission is to help students confidently record, organize, and present their experiences. The platform is intended to reduce the stress of tracking hours, remembering activity details, and preparing records for important deadlines.

Who it's for
Students who need to track service hours for a graduation requirement, a scholarship or college application, or their own record, from middle and high school through university. Volunteerly is built around that use case rather than as a general-purpose time tracker.
The future of Volunteerly
My long-term goal is for Volunteerly to become a complete student experience platform. Students should be able to manage volunteer work, employment, internships, goals, documents, and meaningful accomplishments from one secure account.
Volunteerly will continue developing carefully, with a focus on reliability, privacy, accessibility, and features that solve genuine student problems.
Privacy
Your volunteer records are private by default and protected with row-level security, and payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored on our servers. Read the full Privacy Policy for the complete details on what's collected and how it's used.

Logging, organizing, and exporting your hours is free. Premium adds advanced analytics, custom PDF certificates, a shareable public profile, and longer data retention.
