5. Subscriptions and Payments
Volunteerly is currently free to use. A paid Premium plan is planned but is not yet available. When Premium launches, its features, pricing, billing terms, automatic renewal, and cancellation and refund policies will be described here, and payments will be processed securely by Stripe.
6. AI Assistant
The AI assistant is planned and not yet available. When it launches it will be able to add, edit, and delete your volunteer entries; you will be responsible for reviewing all AI-performed actions, which may contain errors or inaccuracies. Any usage limits will be described at that time.

You retain ownership of all volunteer data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service without notice in cases of emergency. We are not liable for data loss resulting from outages, though we maintain regular backups.
9. Limitation of Liability
Volunteerly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where required by law.
